They have a combined experience of over 40 years in coaching, consulting, and leadership development, and have worked with executives and teams in various industries around the world.
Amy Jen Su holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in psychology from Dartmouth College. Prior to co-founding Paravis Partners, she worked at McKinsey & Company and The Bridgespan Group, and served as a dean of students and assistant director of admissions at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Muriel Maignan Wilkins holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in chemical engineering from MIT. Before co-founding Paravis Partners, she worked at McKinsey & Company and served as the executive director of the Office of Leadership and Professional Development at Harvard Law School.
