Amy Jen Su and Muriel Maignan Wilkins are co-founders of the coaching and leadership development firm, Paravis Partners. They have a combined experience of over 40 years in coaching, consulting, and leadership development, and have worked with executives and teams in various industries around the world.

Amy Jen Su holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in psychology from Dartmouth College. Prior to co-founding Paravis Partners, she worked at McKinsey & Company and The Bridgespan Group, and served as a dean of students and assistant director of admissions at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Muriel Maignan Wilkins holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in chemical engineering from MIT. Before co-founding Paravis Partners, she worked at McKinsey & Company and served as the executive director of the Office of Leadership and Professional Development at Harvard Law School.

Together, Su and Wilkins have written several articles and a book on leadership development and communication, including "Own the Room: Discover Your Signature Voice to Master Your Leadership Presence." They have also been featured in media outlets such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and CNN.
